At BLUECUT, we take care of our customers first and foremost. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty to the buyers for any manufacturing defect. You are covered in case a repair or replacement is needed. Here’s what you need :
What’s Covered:
Any manufacturer defects are covered under our warranty, and we will either repair or replace your product accordingly.
What’s Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear: This includes issues such as scratches, broken lenses, damage from drops, loss, theft, or accidental incidents like sitting on your glasses.
Important Details:
- BLUECUT reserves the exclusive right to decide what qualifies as a manufacturing defect versus normal wear and tear
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- If your model is no longer available, we may send a replacement with a similar style and fit.
To start your claim, visit our Contact Us page and select Warranty Information or Claims from the dropdown menu. Please note that a $15 shipping and handling fee applies to all warranty claims.
